The Colorado Community of Mindful Living (CCML) is made up of individual practitioners from regional community groups (sanghas)  practicing in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Our purpose is to nurture the practice of mindfulness and to host days of mindfulness and retreats. Beginners and those with experience are welcome.

Attend a Mindful Practice Group  (Sangha)

Practicing with a sangha supports us in many ways. Local sanghas have a variety of practices including sitting and walking meditation, singing or chanting,  enjoying tea or mindful eating, and dharma talks and discussion based on Thich Nhat Hahn’s practices and teachings.  Sanghas also host  days of mindfulness and retreats.  Beginners and those with experience are welcome to attend.
